POLICARPO DOMINGUEZ
Is a chemical engineer with 22 years of experience in the food industry processing and engineering operations, overseeing more than 200 plants around the world for Cargill. Mr. Dominguez’s expertise is on processes improvement and best practice implementation in the engineering field. He worked in Cargill´s Center of Expertise (Engineering, research & development department) reporting to Cargill´s headquarters in Minneapolis and was recognized with awards for innovation related to new and improved processes. He designed a structured methodology on processes evaluation that adds value in the form of cost reduction and improved yields.
RAMIRO CRUZ
Is a civil engineer with 25 years of experience in all aspects of food supply chain with focus on oilseed, and vegetable oils. Most of his career was in Cargill where he held different management leadership positions within the agriculture value chain. Later he was leading the relationship team with key customers. Mr. Cruz has been recognized for improving global supply chains for regional clients as well as helping them grow with his strategic insights and innovative added value tools. Mr. Cruz lead Chemical Productivity projects for Cargill America’s clients.
